Ok here are some highlights…

1) “ask” for intuition by sending energy out through your 3rd eye, but “receive” intuition through your heart chakra

2) true intuition doesn’t come as an a-ha moment or a flash of inspiration. It’s actually a whisper. You have to listen carefully by getting still and silent and listening through your heart

3) the hard part is staying completely impartial to your intuition. Our egos often want to “point” our intuition a certain way Don’t ask for intuition with the hope or desire for an outcome.

4) start with a low-stakes question for intuition, practice before moving on to the big decisions in your life

5) when you get a whisper of an intuition — don’t immediately throw all your energy towards it; instead, put a little bit of energy towards that decision/direction and keep meditating on it the next day

6) the feeling of the intuition in your body should feel clear, calm, and joyful. If you’re hyper excited about something… it might be a false flag!

7) your intuition should be kept pretty close to you. It’s not something you necessarily want to share with all of your friends… or share your personal intuition on a blog 🤐

This is wonderful insight! I have had big decisions to make lately and the obstacle isn’t the challenge itself but the absence of intentional reflection.
